PICK-UP IN PERSON

STORE HOURS 

  • Our store is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • You can drop by the store to pick-up your order on the confirmed pick-up date.
  • Store hours may be subject to sudden changes due to government mandates concerning community quarantine guidelines.

  • WAZE: Bellefleur by Beatrix
  • We are located outside Unimart Greenhills – store entrance along Club Filipino Ave., San Juan
  • If you have difficulty locating the store, please call the Bellefleur staff at 09451234577
  • Paid parking is available in the building where the Bellefleur store is located.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP AVAILABLE

  • You may call the Bellefleur staff at 09451234577 to bring out your order.
  • There is a driveway outside the store. 
  • Please do not leave your car unattended as it may be clamped or ticketed. 

TRANSPORTING YOUR ORDER SAFELY

  • Please bring your own cooler bag or ice chest with ice, to ensure the order does not melt during transport.
  • Please make sure to provide the complete destination address, even if you will be booking your own rider.
  • We also have techniice (reusable gel ice packs) and Bellefleur cooler bags available for sale in store. Staff will recommend what you need, depending on the destination address.
  • Once the order leaves the store, we will not be responsible for any damages to your order due to traffic, travel time, distance, and other possible factors out of our control (such as accidents or improper handling by the rider)

ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT 

  • In store, we accept cash, local credit & debit card payments; however, unpaid orders will not be reserved. 
  • To reserve your order, please pay in advance. We accept payments via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Gcash.
  • Account information will be provided once the total has been finalized.

Depending on your order and the destination address, staff will recommend if you will need to avail of techniice (PHP 100) reusable gel ice packs or our Bellefleur cooler bag w/ techniice (PHP350) to ensure your order does not melt during transport
