BOOK YOUR OWN RIDER

BOOKING DETAILS

  • Lalamove PIN: Bellefleur by Beatrix
  • Once your order has been confirmed, we will provide the rest of the pick-up information for the booking.
  • Fully paid orders that have been confirmed by us can be picked up anytime from 10 am to 6 pm (store hours) only, on the agreed pick-up date.
  • Store hours may be subject to sudden changes due to government mandates concerning community quarantine guidelines

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Booking and payment of the delivery fee will be handled by the customer.
  • We will not advance delivery fee payments to the rider, on your behalf.
  • It will always be cheaper to book your own rider than to have us deliver.

TRANSPORTING YOUR ORDER SAFELY

  • Please book a rider with an insulated bag or box, to decrease chances of your order melting or getting damaged during transport.
  • Please make sure to provide the complete destination address, even if you will be booking your own rider.
  • We also have techniice (reusable gel ice packs) and Bellefleur cooler bags available for sale in store. Staff will recommend what you need, depending on the destination address.
  • Once the order leaves the store, we will not be responsible for any damages to your order due to traffic, travel time, distance, and other possible factors out of our control (such as accidents or improper handling by the rider)

  • Account information will be provided once the total has been finalized.

Orders delivered by Bellefleur will arrive 8:30 am onwards on the confirmed delivery date.

Depending on your order and the destination address, staff will recommend if you will need to avail of techniice (PHP 100) reusable gel ice packs or our Bellefleur cooler bag w/ techniice (PHP350) to ensure your order does not melt during transport
