DELIVERY

DELIVERY COVERAGE

  • We deliver within Metro Manila only.
  • Customers outside Metro Manila MUST BOOK THEIR OWN RIDER

DELIVERY FEES

  • We charge fixed delivery fees per area + PHP 80 GCQ priority fee for the rider.
  • Example: Delivery to Makati (PHP 180 fixed fee + PHP 80 GCQ fee) is PHP 260
  • Kindly provide the full delivery address in order for us to give the delivery fee cost.
  • It will always be cheaper to book your own rider than to have us deliver.

TRANSPORTING YOUR ORDER SAFELY

  • We do not have an in-house delivery fleet. We book riders (Lalamove) with insulated bags, or riders (Grab) with an ice chest or box, for your order. 
  • We also have techniice (reusable gel ice packs) and Bellefleur cooler bags available for sale in store. Staff will recommend what you need, depending on the destination address.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Orders placed in advance will arrive in the morning – anytime from 9 am onwards on the confirmed delivery date.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival
  • For same day deliveries, confirmed orders will be delivered ASAP
  • If you need your order to arrive at a specific time, kindly BOOK YOUR OWN RIDER
  • In case of heavy rain or other unforeseen events, deliveries may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled.

ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT 

  • BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Gcash
  • Account information will be provided once the total has been finalized.

SENDING GIFTS

  • If you are sending a gift, you must inform the receiver of the delivery.
  • Please make sure that they will check and answer their phone on the confirmed delivery date. 
  • If the receiver does not answer the rider’s calls/texts, Bellefleur staff will call you to update and ask for assistance in contacting the receiver. 
  • If the receiver does not reply or answer his/her phone for more than 15 mins, the rider will leave the order outside the given address.

SURPRISE DELIVERIES

  • If you would like to surprise the receiver, you must BOOK YOUR OWN RIDER.

Depending on your order and the destination address, staff will recommend if you will need to avail of techniice (PHP 100) reusable gel ice packs or our Bellefleur cooler bag w/ techniice (PHP350) to ensure your order does not melt during transport
